1997 No. 2 plant 5,000 M2 area was built up for heavy machine lines to carry out Test Running in-plant for customers’ verification before load in containers.
2001 First Flying Shear cut-to-length line was presented to the market.
2003 Tension rolls system for slitting machine was successfully developed
2004 First Rotary shear cut-to-length line was successfully developed.
2005 12mmt x 2,000mm Guillotine Shear cut-to-length line exported
2006 25mmt Guillotine Shear cut-to-length line exported.
2008 Internet Remote On-line service become our standard service protocol.
2017 ISO EN-13849-1 Safety cut-to-length line was verified to export American group company.
2019 CE certified Rotary Shear cut-to-length line exported to Europe.
2019 Upgraded to SCADA & SQL database Level II communication protocol.
2020 Nearly 400 different machines of cut-to-length lines and slitting lines have been sold to 21 countries in the world.
Product Introduction
A.Cut-to –length machine
The function of this machine is to cut metal coil into sheets. Numeric Control operates the process involved of feeding, leveling, cutting, counting, stacking and conveyance.
B.Slitting machine
The function of this machine is to run a wide coil, and slitter of lengthways-cutting by rotary slitting knives, into several various strips, then re-wind those strips and make them become some new coils.
