KMC-CE high-speed vertical machining center with high rigidity and stability gains a great score on Fanuc evaluation cutting test. Apply Japan's top brand linear guideway, THK, and increase sliders on all three axes to enhance loading capacity response time for machining. Different from the common box type with internal rib, utilize the keel design with stronger bending resistance. Larger the table base to provide strong full support without overhang problem. The design of the inner cooled ballscrew, coolant system in the bearing seat, and motor board with cooling circuit are to reduce thermal growth. 32-36 m/min unmatched rapid traverse rate beyond the industry average level. Increase the slope level of cover to enhance the chip removal capacity.
CE series possess different sizes from X axis:1100mm-1600mm, Y axis:550 mm -800 mm, Z axis:610 mm -800 mm with high precision direct drive spindle 10000 - 12000rpm. A pre-selected hydraulic pressure system is set for changing the spindle speed through 12 stages in coordination with the feed rate for a wide range of applications.

Tool can be easily unloaded/loaded from the horizontal spindle by operating a foot-switch.
