With three manufacturing facilities located in Taiwan and China, the total area is 53,000 square meters. Certified with ISO 9001:2015 and CE, DEES offers safe and easy to operate in sheet metal working environment. Since 1976, DEES has sold more than 4,500 machines and 45 tandem lines to 85 countries. We provide 10 to 6,000 tons of machines.

The applications of hydraulic presses: forming, punching, hemming or trimming of metal pieces; or forming, cutting and bonding of composites. The applications of industries include automotive manufacturing, home appliances, electronics, aerospace, national defense and so on. Mainly we have 4-column, 4-post and C-frame types of hydraulic press.

300T Die Spotting Press in Toyota

Die spotting presses are the front line use for the manufacturing industry. It is related to the quality and accuracy of the finished products. For aerospace, automotive, home appliances, electronics and more industries with die tooling manufactures. The good die spotting presses become much more important. The standard accuracy of ±0.05 mm and optional moving bolster for easy change of heavy die. The 180 degrees of tilting table to make the die fixes safer. The picture of die spotting press is TOYOTA’s custom die spotting press which reaches 0.01 mm for slide repeatability by DEES exclusive design.
