Brake Shoe Seam welding Machine & Seam Welding Machine

Characteristics

  • Three Phase DC Inverter type machine, utilize 3 phase balanced input and power saving
  • Bends the rim while welding, pre-bend the rim is not required
  • Machine combined with coining machine, no operator manipulation required for the coining process.
  • Machine available in Fully Auto, Semi Auto and Manaul model.
  • Cycle time up to 8 seconds per piece, vary between diameters.

Grating Welding Machine

Characteristics

  • Welds 2 cross bar simultaneously, with cross bar variation function enabling all pitches to be throughout the grating panel.
  • Other accessories / functions such as preloading table, cross bar trimmer, flattening machine, stacking are available at request to ease automation.
