All Series are equipped with CHMER’s new generation high efficient Linear Motor, fulfilling no friction,backlash-free, no kinetic energy conversion loss, high response and longer life-span.
2. New Generation Automatic Threading System
Fastest and most compact Auto Wire Threading (AWT) threads 0.07mm Dia. wire. Least components in system that only amount 2/3~1/2 of Switzerland and Japan designs reduce building cost and failure rate. Maintenance is then less required.
3. New Generation G7 Energy-saving Power Supply Circuit
Longer durability of electronic components: Latest G7 features lower temperature inside the power supply by utilizing advanced Cool MOSFET transistor to reduce circuit impedance by 40% (compared with G6).

Self-developed and high-order controller with friendly user interface panel supports six-axis machining. And through the built-in remote monitoring function, the user can have all the machine information during the absence.
